Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that designing a home takes time, and we don't always get it right on the first try. If you're not satisfied with your item, you can initiate a return by emailing us at HELLO@SAINTRIDGE.COM.
In-stock, ready-to-ship items:
Returns can be requested within 5 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, as will a restocking fee equal to 2% of the original cost of the item, which helps us offset shipping costs, as well as repackaging & labor costs associated with returns.
Made-to-order items:
Custom, made-to-order items are final sale. No returns or exchanges
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on made-to-order pieces or items clearly labeled final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at HELLO@SAINTRIDGE.COM.
